"Tiffany snd crew are fabulous, we have 2 motorcycles, 2 cars, our house, shed and motorcycle trailer insured woth them. Have for years and everytime we need to ask a question or change up coverage it always taken care of. I like the fact that anytime i ask a question its explained the way i can understand it. Insurance isn't one of my strong points and thanks to tiffany and all her crew at state farm i dont have to worry about my coverage or deductables. She always explains whats covered under the policy and never tries to push any additional stuff on us that not needed. They make Insurance easy, thanks"

"I can’t say enough good things about this State Farm office, especially Jessica. As a first responder with unpredictable hours, she has always been incredibly understanding and flexible with my schedule.

When I was in an accident, Jessica went above and beyond helping me through the process and answering all my questions. She’s also amazing at breaking down bills and coverage whenever I have a million questions, and she never makes me feel like a burden for asking.

I’ve even gone into the office around 4:30 PM near Christmas, knowing they close at 5, and she was still more than happy to help without rushing me. Being able to text her has also been a huge help at work... even if I’m slow to respond, she’s always patient and willing to help.

"I started my policy over the phone during the last week of May. The process was quick and easy — I was able to get insurance for a vehicle I had just purchased in under 10 minutes.
I called this week with a question about a possible claim. While driving, something hit my car, causing damage to the tire and wheel. I spoke with an agent named Jessica, and initially, she advised me to get an estimate first to see if the damage was even worth filing a claim due to the deductible. I completely agreed with that.

But then she kept going, saying that any claim would go on my record and increase my insurance premiums — something I already knew. I told her, “I know that,” and she snapped back saying she was “just trying to educate me.” I told her she didn’t need to, and she abruptly ended the call by saying, “If you have any more questions, call us back,” and hung up on me.

I immediately switched agents. I don’t tolerate that kind of rude and condescending behavior. I called in with a simple and respectful question, and instead, I was met with attitude and dismissiveness. It’s clear that once you’re signed up, customer service is no longer a priority — they’re more concerned about getting your money than helping you with actual concerns. There are plenty of better, more respectful agents out there who actually value their clients."

"Jessica with state farm helped me and let me tell you Amazing doesn't even describe their service. She was able to set me up with some of the cheapest insurance I've had in a while, like cheaper than a burrito on clearance at a hamburger shop! She was so kinda and helpful I'm going to have her watch my blind and deaf Chihuahua for me while I go on vacation every time because I know she will provide him with the best comfort and assistance you could ask for, and the kicker she does all of this out of the bottom of her heart!!!
